How to use this QDOBA calculator
Choose your format, rice, beans and protein. Add sauces and toppings one at a time. The total is a simple sum of standard published portions. It does not account for individual restaurant scoop sizes, local recipe changes, or seasonally available items.
Instead of guessing what a whole burrito contains, the tool exposes each ingredient and portion. Compare two builds using the A/B buttons, or try the goal finder if you want combinations within a specific calorie, protein and sodium range.
