A worked QDOBA chicken bowl
Adding QDOBA's published portions for cilantro lime rice, black beans, grilled adobo chicken, fajita vegetables and pico de gallo gives 565 calories, 32 g protein and 1345 mg sodium. This is a calculated customization, not the nutrition line for a named QDOBA entrée.
What adds protein?
The standard grilled adobo chicken serving in QDOBA's November 2026 brochure contributes 19 g protein and 190 calories. Black beans contribute another 9 g protein per 4 oz serving. QDOBA's standard steak entry has 20 g protein but 360 calories per 3.5 oz serving in this source edition—demonstrating why comparing protein alone can be misleading.
Understand signature bowls separately
QDOBA's November 2026 brochure also lists complete signature entrées. The Double Protein Bowl - Chicken is listed at 690 calories and 51 g protein in that publication. Do not assume an arbitrary sum of individual ingredients will match every signature entrée's published total, because the exact recipe and portions can differ.
Why QDOBA's cheese and queso matter
According to the November 2026 brochure, a 1 oz portion of shredded cheese contributes 110 calories and 7 g protein; 2 oz Three Cheese Queso contributes 80 calories and 3 g protein. Those are distinct ingredients, and switching one for the other changes fat and sodium as well as calories.
